Jeff Ayeroff is the former Co-Chairman of Virgin Records America where he signed and oversaw the careers of artists such as Janet Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Smashing Pumpkins, Ben Harper, The Rolling Stones and Massive Attack. After leaving Virgin, Ayeroff co-founded Work Records where he signed and developed Fiona Apple, Jamiroquai, Jennifer Lopez, and Eagle Eye Cherry.
