Koch Inks Deals With Reo Deo, Analekta: “Koch Entertainment Distribution expanded its roster via new deals with Minneapolis-based record label Reo Deo and classical Canadian record label Analekta.” (via Billboard)

Clear Channel Lawsuit: “The two proposed buyers of Clear Channel Communications filed two lawsuits on Wednesday against six banks that agreed to finance the company’s $19.5 billion buyout. Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners, two private equity firms, sued the bank consortium in New York state court for breach of contract, accusing them of reneging on their commitment to finance the deal.” (via NY Times)

Billions Corporation and Aero Booking Merge: “Booking agencies Billions Corporation and Aero Booking are now merging, according to details surfacing Wednesday. The combined operation will work from hubs Chicago and Seattle, and staff a total of seven agents.” (via DMN)
