Hailing from Minneapolis is new solo artist Matt Johnson, the man behind the pop/rock act Baltimore. The self-titled debut EP, produced by Matt Kirkwood (Quietdrive), was released on Tuesday and features the infectious first single Scream Out Loud, recently featured on the MTV shows The Hills and The Gauntlet.
